Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA)

APP has been WBEA certified since 2013. Over the past year, APP has actively participated with this organization by exhibiting at their annual trade show, participating in their golf tournaments, luncheons and other networking events and activities.

Historically Underutilized Business Program (HUB)

The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program was created to promote full and equal procurement opportunities for small, minority- and women-owned businesses. Companies interested in doing business with the state are encouraged to become HUB certified. Download HUB certificate.

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

APP became certified as a Women-Owned Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council during the fourth quarter of 2013. One of the most selective organizations of its kind, WBENC is widely recognized and respected. Through this certification, APP has networked with other WBE’s, gained relationships, connected with decision makers and explored new ways of gaining business with potential customers.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. 10,000 Small Businesses is funded by Goldman Sachs and the Goldman Sachs Foundation and is designed to tap into that economic power by providing entrepreneurs across the country with the resources they need to grow and create jobs. The program is currently operating in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia and Salt Lake City.
