Historically Underutilized Business (HUB)

APP has been HUB certified since 2013. Having this certification allows us to work with government agencies to be more visible to end users in the oil and gas industry. The HUB program encourages and effectively promotes the use of minority and woman-owned businesses in the Department’s procurement activities. We are eager to explore more of this market in 2015 and the opportunities this certification presents our company. Download HUB certificate.

Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA)

APP has been WBEA certified since 2013. Over the past year, APP has actively participated with this organization by exhibiting at their annual trade show, participating in their golf tournaments, luncheons and other networking events and activities.

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

APP became certified as a Women-Owned Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council during the fourth quarter of 2013. One of the most selective organizations of its kind, WBENC is widely recognized and respected. Through this certification, APP has networked with other WBE’s, gained relationships, connected with decision makers and explored new ways of gaining business with potential customers. Association Memberships

Cryogenic Society of America (CSA)

The CSA is a non-profit technical society serving all those interested in any phase of cryogenics, the art and science of achieving extremely low temperatures — almost absolute zero. The purpose and objectives of the CSA are to encourage the dissemination of information concerning low temperature processes and techniques, bring together those in all disciplines concerned with the applications of low temperature technology, promote research and development of low temperature processes by meetings, professional contacts, papers, reports and publications and increase public awareness of the usefulness of cryogenic technology.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. 10,000 Small Businesses is funded by Goldman Sachs and the Goldman Sachs Foundation and is designed to tap into that economic power by providing entrepreneurs across the country with the resources they need to grow and create jobs. The program is currently operating in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia and Salt Lake City.

Greater Houston Maunfacturer’s Association (GHMA)

GHMA are a community of manufacturing professionals from the Houston area collaborating in an effort to promote the success of individual companies and the region. Established for both small and large manufacturing company executives to provide resources and networking opportunities.

Society of Piping Engineers and Designers (SPED)

The Society of Piping Engineers and Designers is an International organization promoting Excellence and Quality in Piping Design and Engineering through networking, training and certification programs.

National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)

NACE International, The Worldwide Corrosion Authority, serves nearly 33,000+ members in 116 countries and is recognized globally as the premier authority for corrosion control solutions. The organization offers technical training and certification programs, conferences, industry standards, reports, publications, technical journals, government relations activities and more.
